Disney Springs

Disney Springs, located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is a vibrant entertainment, dining, and shopping complex that is part of Walt Disney World. This location provides a family friendly atmosphere with live entertainment, family fun activities, an array of restaurants, and is a shopper’s paradise.

Located at 1486 East Lake Buena Vista, Lake Buena Vista

Disney Springs has four neighborhoods to explore. The Marketplaces, The Landing, Town Center, and West Side. Each area has its own character ranging from charming and quaint to modern and sophisticated. Throughout you will see live entertainment and street performers, keeping you entertained during your trip to Disney Springs.

  • Shopping - a wide range of options from World of Disney merchandise, unique boutiques, Disney Christmas store, and high-end retailers from Coach, Sephora, and the LEGO store.

  • Dining - you will find a wide variety of restaurants from quick service to upscale dining. Enjoy some soul food, grab a drink at a pub, find something sweet at Ghirardelli or Gideon’s Bakehouse to complete your trip.

  • Entertainment - watch live music at House of Blues, enjoy a show at The Edison, or go bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes.

  • Attractions - don’t forget to take flight on the famous Aerophile Balloon Ride, or ride in the springs on an old-fashioned boat car.

Splitsville Luxury Lanes

Have you ever considered the possibility of a bowling alley inside a restaurant? Well, Splitsville Luxury Lanes offers the opportunity to do both at the same location. Step inside and grab a meal and enjoy the lively atmosphere. You can sign up for bowling and eat at the lanes or grab a table outside of the lanes while you wait your turn to bowl. Enjoy foods such as burgers, tacos, pizza, sushi, chicken, salads, and appetizers. For the adults in the party, enjoy a frozen drink, beer, wine, or cocktail as you enjoy your meal or bowling.

  • live entertainment on the patio daily

  • Hours: Monday to Friday open at 11am to 11/11:30pm, Saturday and Sunday open at 10:30am to 11/11:30pm

  • bowling prices: (includes shoe rental)

Coca-Cola Store

The Coca-Cola Store located in Disney Springs has a huge selection of Coca-Cola related items. If you are a Coca-Cola fanatic, you can find many fun items to explore and purchase from clothing items, toys, coke bottles, mugs, keychains and so much more.

While you are there, head up to the top floor and visit the Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar. This was especially fun as you take the ultimate taste test of Coca-Cola from around the world. You can purchase regular coke products, but why not experience the tastes from around the world. We chose to get the 16 different beverages “Tastes Around the World” to sample for our family ($16.00). With these drinks, you will receive a “menu” of the drinks you are about to test. My family and I had some good entertainment while sampling each of the cokes. Some of the flavors were distinct to their culture and tasted good, where others had flavors that we did not enjoy! Experience for yourself, Tastes Around the World, as you enjoy the view from the rooftop, overlooking Disney Springs.

  • enjoy floats, fountain coke products, Mocktails, Taste of the World, coffee, ICEE, water and more.

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 10am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 11:30pm, Sunday 10am to 11pm

M&M’s at Disney Springs

M&M’s store at Disney Springs, a 10,000 square foot store, is filled with everything chocolatey and colorful to brighten your day. The array of M&M’s to purchase is overwhelmingly beautiful. All of the flavors and colors will leave you in awe (and your sweet tooth aching) as you search for the perfect flavor to take home. You can also purchase M&M’s related clothing items, toys, hat, keychains, candy and more!

Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 11:30pm

Aerophile Balloon Ride

Take flight in this iconic balloon ride at Disney Springs. This is the world’s largest tethered helium balloon, and you can have the opportunity to ride in it as you float high above the ground and take in the spectacular views of Disney Springs and views up to 20 miles away.

  • you will soar 400 feet above ground

  • wind speed and weather determine balloon capacity and flight. It will close temporarily due to poor or anticipated weather conditions

  • the basket can hold up to 29 people

  • kids 12 and older can ride by themselves

  • no food, drinks, strollers or smoking are permitted on the balloon

  • cost: children ages 3-9 is $24.99 per person and ages 10 and up are $29.99 per person (2024 prices)

Shopping at Disney Springs

While you will find many Disney and Marvel themed shopping items, you can also find a selection of high-end shopping. With over 100 merchants you are guaranteed to leave with something new or take-home Disney themed apparel for your favorite someone.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

Gideon’s Bakehouse has an amazing beginning story. One owner began his first storefront with $800 and one single employee in 2016. With determination, he continued to build his business and just recently opened Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. Their eerie themed shop will provide the right amount of frightful nostalgia that will leave you mesmerized while waiting for your cookie.

Due to its popularity, their store opens at 10am but they often times have a line already waiting for them, starting at 9am.

We purchased a cookie butter and chocolate chip marshmallow cake slice for $9.00 each, peanut butter crunch cookie and banana bread chocolate chip cookie for $6.00 each. Plus, a Gideon’s Pin souvenir for $12.00. Our total was $51.44 (2024 prices)

  • Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 11:30pm

  • Enjoy a hot cookie daily between 2-3pm and 7-8pm

Vintage Amphicar Tours

Enjoy a 20-minute guided tour on the waters of Lake Buena Vista. Stop by the Boathouse Boatique to book your boat car. Such a fun and unique experience as you ride in a boat car on the water while taking in the scenery of Disney Springs.

  • Hours: 10am to 10pm weather permitting

  • $125 per car for up to 3-4 people
