Coffee Beans
As you probably have imagined, they do roast their own coffee beans at this location. As you are transported to each floor on the uniquely designed escalator, you can view the large 56-foot cask where the coffee beans go to rest after the roasting process. The process is something beautiful and the smell of coffee beans fill the air.
Starbucks Take home souvenirs
You will have the opportunity to sample the newest coffee flavor, for us it was the new Oleato olive oil that was just introduced. I cannot say that I enjoyed the flavor, but it was a unique experience to be one of the first ones to try this new creation.
Purchase some signature coffee, or other souvenir to take home from mugs to bags to tumblers of all sizes. There is sure to be the perfect gift for any coffee lover.
Reserve Coffee Bar
Enjoy your favorite coffee at the Reserve Coffee Bar on the 1st floor as you enter this massive Starbucks where you can sample coffee from around the world. Stop by for a hot or cold coffee, latte, spritz, tea and more. Sample your favorite eggs or fruit while you sip on your drink. No refreshers can be found here but there are multiple other options to choose from.

Located on the 3rd floor you can find the experimental stages of coffee making at its finest.
Arriviamo Bar and Barrel Aged Coffee Bar
Stop on the 4th floor for a taste of wine, beer and cocktails made just for you. Enjoy a Chicago signature drink or sample Starbucks signature beer or other liquor type drinks. Have a seat at the bar, or sip while you walk up to the top floor and hang out for a while on the outdoor patio but don’t forget to grab something sweet or savory along the way. You can also find more coffee and souvenirs to take home on this floor.
Outdoor roof terrace
Head up to the 5th floor and sit a while on the outside patio as you sip on your favorite spritzer, coffee, or alcoholic beverages. There is limited seating so get there early in order to grab a seat. There is an excellent view of Michigan Avenue from this floor.
