Tradition is important to this family as they continue their bakery traditions since the 19th century. The La Segunda Central Bakery was established in 1915 by Juan More’. Today the generation continues to bake traditional Cuban style food as they continue to produce 18,000 loaves of Cuban bread daily. The selection of treats to choose from is overwhelming. You will have trouble deciding on just one selection of sweets. They also have a wonderful selection of Cuban sandwiches, and you can purchase the bread to create your own meal at home. Their bread is delicious, you will definitely need to grab some to go.
